Tennessee Technological University’s mission is to provide students with a transformative experience, genuine community, and endless opportunities.
Their cutting-edge programs are aligned to challenge students to create innovative solutions based on community needs. The faculty encourages students to “change their world,” to start small and go back to their local communities and work to make a difference there.
Williamson, Inc. recently visited Tech to see how we can expand partnerships with Williamson County schools and organizations. We were immersed into their existing technological programs and given new ideas on how we can expand on current and create new programs that will surely benefit Williamson County students. Their collaborative faculty was eager to create new partnerships with local businesses and organizations to further develop our workforce with their talented student body.
The Williamson, Inc. staff was invigorated after the half day spent on the TTU campus in Cookeville. During our time there, we gained insight into their collaborative solutions to further business, community and economic development. We look forward to working with TTU to continue developing an innovative and engaging future for Williamson County.
