Petra Coach, a Franklin-based business coaching and training company, has won gold for Executive of the Year in the small companies category of The Best in Biz Awards.
Since 2011, winners in Best in Biz Awards have been determined based on scoring from independent judging panels deliberately composed each year of prominent editors and reporters from respected newspapers, TV outlets, and business, consumer, technology and trade publications in North America.
Petra Coach was the only company from Tennessee to win in the small and medium company categories and the only business coaching business to win in any category.
Founded by Andy Bailey in 2011, Petra Coach helps companies across the U.S. succeed by building strong company cultures and setting clear, measurable goals through implementation of the Rockefeller Habits. Since its founding, Petra Coach has grown from one team member to more than 15 and the company’s revenue has more than quadrupled. The company recently opened an office in Oxford, England to serve the European market.
“We are excited to be recognized with the top award in this category, which shows our work makes a difference and is valued,” Bailey said. “We enjoy helping companies grow and meet goals through improved communication, workflows and alignment. We only succeed when our clients succeed.”
Petra Coach was recently named to the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S. For more information, visit www.petracoach.com and follow
