Brentwood lender opens Omaha office

Brentwood-based Churchill Mortgage announced Wednesday it has opened an office in Omaha, Nebraska.

According to a release, Cody Levinson and Lynette Arrasmith will oversee the office. The two offer more than 20 years of combined mortgage industry experience, and both have licenses in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Colorado.

The opening of the office follows Churchhill’s April announcement that it had hired Tim Broadhurst as senior vice president of loan officer development and senior home loan specialist. Broadhurst (read here), in part, trains the company’s home loan lenders.

With an average of 32 days on the market, Omaha’s housing market created opportunity for Churchhill, the company noted in the release. By contrast, the national average is 59 days on the market for homes in other large metro areas.

“Churchill is excited to explore opportunities for borrowers and lenders with our expansion [into Omaha],” Matt Clarke, Churchill Mortgage COO and CFO, said in the release.

Founded in 1992, the privately owned company is home to about 350 employees and provides residential mortgages across 46 states.
