The Brentwood-based health company Quorum Health Corporation appointed three new board directors this week.
The appointments expand the board from six members to nine. The new directors are Robert Fish, Jon Kaplan and William Paul Rutledge.
Rutledge, who lives in Brentwood, worked for Nashville-based HCA Healthcare for 30 years. He was President of the HCA Central Group from October 2005 to March 2013. Rutledge also serves on the board of the healthcare-focused private equity firm Shore Capital Partners.
He was previously a director for the American Hospital Association, the Tennessee Hospital Association and the Federation of American Hospitals.
Kaplan is a partner at a consulting group that provides management consulting services. Fish is Quorum’s President and CEO.
