The Brentwood-based addiction treatment company Spero Health continues to expand.
Last week, the company announced that it opened a new clinic in Indianapolis and hired a medical director for the state. That clinic is scheduled to open on March 1.
On Wednesday, the company announced that it had opened a new location in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The new clinic opened on February 4.
Spero now has 22 clinics across three states. It originally acquired 20 clinics from another healthcare company and has expanded since then. CEO Steve Priest said he hopes the company will have clinics all over the nation within the next 10 years.
In a press release, the company said it is seeking counselors, social workers and physicians for the new location. The company’s website shows about 40 job openings across four different states.
That includes two executive positions at the company’s Brentwood headquarters. Spero currently has advertisements for Chief Legal Officer and Chief Operating Officer positions.
In addition to the new clinic at Jeffersonville, the company is also advertising positions for an office in Smyrna.
Spero hasn’t announced whether it will open a clinic there, but Priest has previously said the company hopes to open locations in Tennessee.
